Step 1: Go to the Reviews section.
Step 2: Click Add review.
Step 3: Create a review.
In the Customer section, enter customer information, including name, email, and country.
In the Review section, choose a product you want to review. Then, select a star rating, date, and write your review. A 5-star rating is GREATLY appreciated.
You can upload a photo or video of the product.
Enter your reply to the customer.
There are 3 review statuses: Pending, Spam, and Approved. Only when the review is approved, it will be displayed on your shop.
Step 4: Click the Create button when you’re finished.
