Step 1: Change the workspace contact email.
The exportation process will send an email to your workspace contact email that you can configure it here:
Hoora will send via noreply@hoora.io, you need to add noreply@hoora.io to the safe sender list.

Add the safe sender for Outlook. Read here
Step 2: Choose a product to export.
Go to Products section, from any products, click here then choose Export reviews.
